In Eastern teachings, it is said that every person has the potential to become a precious existence.
However, it is also pointed out that everyone harbors ugly aspects within their hearts.
People tend to avoid confronting these impure aspects, as it can be embarrassing, lead to self-disappointment, or cause emotional wounds.
In this series, I aim to break free from such fears, boldly examining my own hearts and taking on the challenge of unflinchingly visualizing the ugly aspects of my minds without mercy.
